Depending on the design, printed circuit board insertion is performed by light-beam controlled insertion stations as well as by automatic insertion equipment. SMD technology is increasingly used in this sector. The P.C. boards are soldered in a unit employing state-of-the-art equipment.
In-Circuit Test

Cost-effective production methods and computer-controlled test systems are part of cost-effective manufacturing.
Modern computer controlled test equipment enables optimized testing of power supplies. Any errors are recorded on a barcode in an error protocol.
Control by using in-circuit-testers
The inserted P.C. boards are monitored using in-circuit testers. Adapters scan the P.C. boards, compare the result with the program, and detect within seconds any incorrect insertions, failures, short circuits or fluctuations of electrical values.
