The BENNING Hotline offers their contracting customers a reliable and prompt service support around the clock. By means of this service, you ensure uninterruptible operation of your power supply systems.
- 24 hours, 7 days a week (24/7 service) of technical support
and fault clearing service by our qualified personnel - separate telephone number
- Monitoring (24/7 service) of the technical fields such as e.g. power supply systems, UPS systems, air conditioning systems, emergency power systems etc. via the BENNING control station
- fault clearing times of 6 hours throughout Germany by regularly trained service technicians
- contract-specific spare parts supply
- detailed report after fault clearance
